Strict No Return, No Refund Policy
Once a product is purchased and the transaction is finalized, Dots Furniture does not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. We strongly advise all customers to inspect products carefully before completing a purchase.
Inspect Thoroughly Before Buying
Because furniture is a long-term investment and products are prepared with precision, we ask our customers to be extremely diligent. Please review the following aspects before purchasing:
📐 Dimensions & Fitting
Measure your rooms, doors, stairways, and elevators to ensure the furniture fits perfectly without layout constraints.
🪵 Wood, Texture & Shade
Wood grains, textures, varnish shades, and fabric colors can have natural variations. Verify these in our showrooms.
🛋️ Fabric & Comfort
Test the cushioning, seat height, lumbar support, and fabric quality at our showrooms to ensure it meets your expectations.
⚙️ Hardware & Joints
Check drawer sliders, cabinet hinges, lock mechanisms, and joint alignments in person before finalizing your order.
Delivery Inspection
For home or office deliveries:
- You must inspect the furniture item thoroughly in front of our delivery team before signing the delivery challan / receiving copy.
- Check for any transit damages, scratches, chipped edges, or misalignments.
- Once you sign the delivery document confirming that the product was received in good condition, we will not accept any claims for returns, exchanges, or physical damage.
Customized / Made-to-Order Furniture
Any furniture manufactured according to custom dimensions, fabrics, polish, or designs provided by the client cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances once production has started or delivery is completed.
